Not included: nose strips or a sleep mask. Those are sold separately.
How to zip it
- Check you can breathe easily and comfortably through your nose.
- Clean and dry the skin around your lips. Close your lips naturally, without forcing them.
- Peel the backing, apply one strip across your closed lips and press gently.
- Remove slowly in the morning, or straight away if it's uncomfortable. Use a fresh strip each time.

What does mouth tape actually do?
ZIPIT is an external strip that gently supports closed lips during sleep, for adults who can already breathe freely through their nose. It is a bedtime aid, not a treatment for snoring, sleep apnoea or any medical condition.
How many strips are in a pouch?
Each pouch contains 30 single-use mouth strips. Mouth tape is sold as a pack of 30 single-use strips. Nose strips and the sleep mask are separate products.
Will it work with a beard or moustache?
Fit and hold vary with facial hair, skin type and skincare products. We cannot promise the same hold for everyone. Apply only as directed and remove gently.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Adhesive products can irritate sensitive skin. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for you, ask a qualified health professional.
Is there a subscription?
No. Purchases are one-time orders. The mouth-tape product currently contains 30 strips per pack.
