Terms of service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms apply to purchases through tryzipit.com. The store is operated by Rory O'Shannessy trading as Zipit, referred to as “Zipit”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

Product information and eligibility

Zipit mouth tape is intended only for adults who have read the product directions and warnings. It is not intended for children. Product information on this website is general information, not medical advice, and the product is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before considering mouth taping, particularly if you snore, suspect sleep apnoea, have trouble breathing through your nose or have a relevant medical condition.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment if a product or price is materially incorrect, unavailable, suspected to involve fraud or cannot lawfully be supplied. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the relevant amount. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details.

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and discounts appear at checkout. Launch offers are one-time purchases unless checkout clearly states otherwise and the customer actively chooses a recurring option.

Shipping, returns and Australian Consumer Law

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, interfere with checkout or use the website unlawfully. The Zipit name, zipper branding, original site copy and graphics owned or licensed by us may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where law permits.

Third-party services and liability

The website uses third-party providers for ecommerce, payments, analytics, communication and fulfilment. Their services may be subject to separate terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without removing mandatory rights that apply elsewhere in Australia.
